Asalaam O alikum
As a sister I would advice u to save the money u have used for the internet and keep it for ur wife and new Baby Inshallah.
Here is how I can help u, go to Sukhi Ghar in Pindi they are an NGO they will help with the birth of ur child and welfare of ur wife for free, contact Eidhi there are Eidhi outlets all over Pindi and Islamabad, they will help with food and clothes. Also The masjid In Jinnah Super Market will give u food as will the Madrassa in F/6-1.
Above all Allah will help you and your Family.
