divorce cos she wants

salaam.i am in deep problem.my wife wants me to divorce her.i have talked to her alot the this is wrong.we alrdy have 3 kids 1 boy nd 2 girls.i have even tried wit my mother too nd in islamic ways too but she dont want to be wit me any more.wat should i do now?divorce her or try to protect my marriage.im just so worried about my children's wat will i tell the when they ask for there mother.any thing i can do to make this better?
