who is the king who built heaven ?

I read that a pre-islamic king built a heaven like thing in earth against Allah SWT. And Allah did'nt allow the king to see his own heaven. Angel Israyeel took his soul at the gate of his heaven. What is the name of tham king ?

Yes, he was Shiddat or Shaddat. I don't know the exact spelling of his name but his name pronounce as Shiddat or Shaddat.
