Saying what the mu'azim is saying during the calling of iqama but not azan.

Can i Say what the mu'azim is saying during the calling of iqama but not azan and can i say my personal prayer after the iqama also before the Imam start the salat.

I mean saying prayer. That is asking Allah of something...
