Walikum Assalam,
There is no such thing as "Islamic Dating" . And joining these sites are not permissible. Islam creates a veil between man and woman and these sites are trying to remove it. Its totally against the teachings of Islam and trying to corrupt the Muslims. The thing is that as Islam is against Dating so these anti-islam people have created these kind of platforms to fool muslims and Muslims would think "Hey it states Islamic Dating, it must be halal" . I would advice the muslim youth to stay away from these things.
Holy Qur'an clearly says,
Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests [Holy Qur'an 2:30-31]
You have stated in your question, that girls are showing their faces in their profiles and people [men and women] can see it but Qur'an tells muslim men to reduce their vision. So, you can see yourself it is totally against Islam.
I have visited to your provided link. And I am shocked that the top most picture shows a Man and A Woman hanging with their hand in hand and the woman has only wrapped a cloth over her face which doesn't fulfill the conditions of the Hijab. Hijab is not covering the hair and neck but whole Body except face and hands. And the girl in the picture have dressed totally against the Shariah, her clothes are showing her figure, her shirt showing a part of her chest, her hands are visible till the elbow and her hand in hand with the man.
Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said: "It is better for an iron rod (nail, needle etc) to be driven into the head of a man, than for him to touch a woman who is not permissible for him." The hadith is narrated by the great Hafiz of Hadith , at-Tabrani, in his al-Mu'jam al-Kabir (Vol.20 Pg.211) and by the Muhaddith al-Ruyaani, in his Musnad (Vol.2 Pg.323).
