A famous islamic website whose answers are supervised by the Saudi Scholar Sheikh Salih Al Munajjid:
The questioner has mentioned this problem and is afraid of its consequences. I say to him, REJOICE, for its consequences cannot be anything but good. By means of this waswaas, the Shaytaan tries to gain control over the believers and shake the sound belief in their hearts, and make them suffer psychological and intellectual anxiety that will affect the purity of their faith and their life, if they are believers.
This is not the first or the last time that the believers are exposed to this. It will continue so long as there is any believer in this world.
The Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) also faced this problem.
It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “Some of the companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said to him,
‘We find in ourselves thoughts that are too terrible to speak of.’
He said, ‘Are you really suffering from that?’
They said, ‘Yes.’
He said, ‘THAT IS A CLEAR SIGN OF FAITH.’” (Narrated by Muslim).
Some of the ways of overcoming this problem, in'sha'Allah:
**Many many ways by Allah's Mercy. Ill just mention some and in'sha'Allah Ill post some Books you should read.
1.Seeking refuge in Allah
2.ESSENTIAL: Give up these thoughts completely, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded.
3.An effective remedy for it in'sha'Allah is to ignore them completely, no matter how frequently they may come to mind.
When these whispers are ignored, they do not become established, rather they go away after a short time, as many people have experienced.
But for those who pay attention to them and act upon them, they increase until they make him like one who is insane or even worse, as we see among many of those who have suffered from them and paid attention to them and to the devil whose task it is to insinuate these whispers,
AT FIRST THIS MAY BE DIFFICULT BUT IT GETS EASIET IN'SHA'ALLAH!
4.Remember Allaah and control yourself and do not continue to think of these whispers.
5.Occupy yourself with worship and doing good deeds, in obedience to the command of Allaah and seeking to please Him. When you devote yourself completely and seriously to worship, you will forget about these whispers, in sha Allaah.
6.Frequently seek refuge with Allaah and make du’aa’ to free you from these whispers.
7.Say Amantu Billahi Wa rusulihi (I believe in Alllah and His Messengers three times. I.e. AFFIRM YOUR BELIEF, DONT DOUBT IT.
8.Learn the duas/strategies outlined in book 2
9.Many many more points in'sha'Allah. Please read the resources
10.Even if it distresses you, do not pay any attention to this waswaas, because THAT ENCOURAGES THE SHAYTAN to mess about with him and the waswas INCREASE

which says that unless you are absolutely certain that your wudu is broken, and you have doubts, your wudu is still valid, Alhamdulillah.
3.I have also added 1 more Rememdy above:
Even if it distresses you, do not pay any attention to this waswaas, because THAT ENCOURAGES THE SHAYTAN to mess about with him and the waswas INCREASE
4.Remember to make use of the resources. Even if you have to skip work and read through some of the resources, do it in'sha'Allah as it will be beneficial.
Dont worry if the thoughts of waswasa come to your mind. You cannot perhaps stop it, but you can IGNORE it.
E.g. Imagine someone talking to you. Even though you cannot stop hearing them, you can chose to ignore the person.
One more thing. I encourage you to maintain company with people and NOT isolate yourself for fear of not being able to say Aoozubillah. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, and I think this is part of his plans.
Maintain good company. The shaitan possibly traps you into thinking this is the solution. He wants you ALONE so that you can focus on him only and his whisperings. He even deceives you into thinking interacting with people is bad because you cannot say Auzubillah. Dont be deceived by the liar.
Lead a normal life. Pay no attention. Even if the thoughts come a hundred times every minute, dont care. Ignore him. Continue to ignore his whisperings.
This will in'sha'Allah dis encourage the shaitan. His waswasa will in-sha-Allah gradually decrease. Even if it doesnt appear to decrease, dont care.
And put your trust in Allah. Sufficient is He for you. And He is the Lord of all things. Hasbi Allahu wa ni'mal wakeel.
Remember, Allah is the Rabb of everything, including the shaytan. So pray to Him. Whatever happens to you only happens by the permission of Allah, and if He wills Shaitan will not be able to harm you at all. Dont think ALlah doesnt know your condition. But Allah is testing you with this waswasa, and you MUST win this battle and pass this test.
Hope you are following the points above, and reading the resources.
Allah says (interpretation of the meanings):
And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan,
then seek refuge in Allah.
Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing.
Verily, those who are Al-Muttaqun,
when an evil thought comes to them from Shaitan,
they remember (Allah), and (indeed) they then see (aright).
But (as for) their brothers
they (i.e. the devils) plunge them deeper into error,
and they never stop short.
(Surah A'raf 200-202)
