How to Remember

0	does anybody have any tips on how to remember a Dua?

0	when your sleeping your mind forgets any information it finds unimportant so on avarage you have to say somthing 7 times at different occations and different times to remember it becuase somthing your mind continuasly sees it keeps so the best advice would be to repeat it many times i would suggest every night
