Can I wash my feet thoroughly without hands?

Asalamu wa alaikum, I'm 9 ,months heavily pregnant. I'm not able 2 wash my toes with my hands whilst making wodhu, can I just wash with water thoroughly without hands touching my feet ?

1	`Basmilah al Rahman al Rahem` Inshallah, if you are able, put your feet under running water and move your toes and let them rub together. Since you are unable there is no problem if you do this. Salam o alekom
