Salam, he needs to go to a mosque, there he will find a good help and also he can visit an online islamic website. He can watch videos about how to pray and so on. He can ask on islamic websites what he doesn't know. He can visit a near by muslim man. And about tableegh el Islam, all what you can do is to be a good example of a perfect muslim and islamic manners.
