Q: i invest 4 million pk-rupees in steel mill,steel mill owner give me offer 1,50000(one lac and fifty thousand pk-rupees) per month against 4 million invested,so we both parties agreed with this deal,so plz help me & guide me about this deal according to sharriya ,i mean according to Quraan & sunnah? |

You invested (not lending) in a tangible asset that is steel mill. In return you are receiving part of the profit as per agreement monthly. That's ok. But if you lent this money and the steel mill owner is paying you back with interest monthly. That's not allowed. (typical Ribah) |
