what if the couple is married as christian and the man is embracing islam and he wants to marry a muslima and they will marry again in the islamic married, the previous married will invalid?

What you are asking is that the man on conversion to Islam; one, wants to maintain his previous marriage and two, wants to marry a muslima? Yes, he can do that. His previous marriage remains intact, he need not renew marriage contract with his Christian wife. His marriage with muslima, ofcourse would be on his embracing Islam. May Allah bless him.
