Sex out of marraige is ONLY permitted with "slave" and "Non-Muslim" females...!!!! whereas any kind of sexual interaction with a MUSLIM female out of wedlock is "HARAM"...!!! If you had an intercourse with Muslim female without she is being in NIQAH with you (even if you finally marry her some later time...!!) the sexual act will be called as ZINNAH and you will be considered as ZINNAHKAR on the day of judgement...!!!!
