It feels to me that living eternally in heaven for millions of years might seem more tortuous than anything else.. Does it truly last forever or will it eventually come to an end? |

Hello and welcome to Islam, Brother! As TRUE believers, we must believe everything that God tells us in Quran. Thus, we believe that Heaven lasts for ever as well as Hell! "وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ سَنُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا لَّهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَنُدْخِلُهُمْ ظِلاًّ ظَلِيلاً" النساء - آية 57 But those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide forever. For them therein are purified spouses, and We will admit them to deepening shade. Quran - 4:57

heaven is forever and never ends hell will come to end when Allah is ready to do away with hell and the lost souls that would never come out |

Heaven is not like this life, I am puzzled as to how you would think it torturous, our worldly sorrows, defects, disasters, would not be present in heaven. If it is boredom you talk about then again how do you know? food for thought. :) |

Jannah and hell fire are all eternal pending on where one chooses to live... The most amazing thing is the well being or torment is increasing on daily basis! God know best!
