Is it true that a man cannot speak to a women during Ramadan unless she is a part of his family?

0	I would like to know if is true that during Ramadan a Muslim man can not speak to a woman unless she is part of the family.. Thank you very much.

0	Yes you cannot talk to her if she is not your muharamat unless there is a positive reason.
