al salam alyokom. I have a bad habit that i started long time a go i could not stop and after i got married i told my self that my wife will be divorce if i don't stop this habit and i said yameen al talak to my self ,however 3 month after i was back to the same habit and i did not not tell my wife any thing .. is my wife divorced ? and if not what should i do ? do i just go to the masjid and pay kafara . please help |

There is no yameen Talaq or anything as such in Quran. Quran is clear about how Talaq happens even though many hadiths are wrong. Quran is the main reference. Read Surat Al Nissaa. |
