assalaamu alaikum. ive just been divorced during Ramadan and im wondering if its irrevocable does he still have to maintain me? i have to mention my dowry was supposed to be a specific kind of jewellery which was but nolonger is significant. he hasnt been doing anything for me financially including paying for the class i only looked into cause he said so. i dont know what to ask for...he knew i expected a decent piece of jewellery but can he buy anything given we named no price? inshaallah someone can answer correctly ...im so confused |
