Salam Brothers and Sisters!! I would like to ask quesions (Again :) ) I am very grateful for those who are trying to help out!!!!! May Allah's blessings be upon you! 1) When praying in Maghrib, Isha, and subuh is it okay to read Bismillah aloud at the beginning? I used to do it all the time am I doing it wrong or is it acceptable? 2) Uhm It it said that after the Ramadan we should also fast for another 6 days, that is equivalent to 1 yr of fasting. the question is when should I begin? 3) When you are in the state of impurity is it permissible to cut your nails? and is it acceptable if in the process of Ghusl you deliberately urinate? 4) I believe that you cannot touch the Holy Quran without taking ablution. However, is it possible to take a hold of it by using a piece of clean cloth without the need of taking an ablution? Tnx for the effort hoping for a positive response!! :D Salam ! |

A: Reading Bismillaah Aloud while Praying with Imaam is not permissible. Reading Bismillaah when alone is ok. to your Q2) Uhm It it said that after the Ramadan we should also fast for another 6 days, that is equivalent to 1 yr of fasting. the question is when should I begin? A2) you can begin anytime you want to, but, you must complete these Fasts of Shaawaal within the Month of Shaawaal itself. to your Q3) When you are in the state of impurity is it permissible to cut your nails? A3) Yes, you can cut your nails while in state of impurity, there is no prohibiton in Islam which Forbids it. to your Q4) is it acceptable if in the process of Ghusl you deliberately urinate? A4) if you urinate deliberately or even it happend if you did`nt want to, you must do the Ghusl again. to your Q5) I believe that you cannot touch the Holy Quran without taking ablution. However, is it possible to take a hold of it by using a piece of clean cloth without the need of taking an ablution? A5) You can recite Quran by heart even without Wuduu. and only in serious case you can pick up THE HOLY QURAN without Wudu . |

Hy, Wa alaikum asalam dear brother , Regarding your queries w.r.t. Q.1)Behind Imam no body allowed to express loudly except Immediate after completion of Suratul Fatiha Everybody including Imam can loudly say "Aamin" as per the authentic Hadis. While praying onself he/she has to start with Bismillah. Q.2)In the month of Shawal,we can either fast straight 6 days or within 30 days. Q.3)In fact when we are in the state of getting ready for Salat or Reading Quran we should avoid cutting nails.While making Ghusl someone makes urinate , he must repeat ghusl. Q.4)Without making ablution , nobody should touch Quran. Why should we take risk of picking glorious Quran by mere piece of clean cloth , which might be dangerous of falling down due to negligence.and secondly thinking of using cloth is as like finding way from doing justice. Hope the answers given above satisfied the respected questions. |
