[citations needed] Does touching the privet parts invalidate your wudu?

Please if you touch your Private part in the process of gusul can you pray with out performing another abulution?

Touching Private Parts with no desire dosen`t break your Wudu, if touching with desire then you have to perform Wudu again

Citation 'Touching the private parts with a desire.' This means that 'the touching that invalidates ablution is when the person touching gets some sexual pleasure or seeks it.'
