Human Awareness is My Secret

"A saying of Muhammad is, Human awareness is my secret and I am its secret. The inner knowledge of spirit-essence is the secret within the secret. I have placed this knowing within the heart of my true servant, and no one can know his state but I. The knowing of essence is love’s secret." This is a quote from 'The Book of Love' - by Jalaluddin Rumi - version of Coleman Barks. My question is - Is there any elaboration on 'Human awareness' in Quran?
