If Allaah has concealed you, then do not break that concealment that He has bestowed upon you, and do not tell your husband or anyone else anything about what happened. Your repentance is regret and righteousness and doing good deeds.

As for the child, he is to be named after your husband, and that is not cancelled out unless he rejects, because the basic principle is that the child belongs to the marital bed, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Red the verses from Quran that's I've posted from Surat al Furqan. Those are the words of Allah. Why should I prove to you Allah forgives the sins? Just read it. Allah says it and not me. Don't just be argumentative for the sake of it, and disregard words of Allah so simply. Also don't just ignore the hadeeths by our Prophet about concealing and about concealing Zina.

Plus. Murder and Zina are on two different levels. Allah made it clear in the Quran that they are not equal. And not the same.

May Allah truly guide you.....

I have red the verses of Surah Al-Furqan. And they are totally correct. I quote it again for you (the same translation as provided by you)

()“And those who invoke not any other ilaah (god) along with Allaah, nor kill such person as Allaah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse ,and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. ()The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; ()Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Surat Al Furqan-68]

Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 68

()“And those who invoke not any other ilaah (god) along with Allaah, nor kill such person as Allaah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse ,and whoever does this shall receive the punishment.

Its totally correct and that's what I said "whoever does this shall receive the punishment"

Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 70

()Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful.*

Its totally correct as well. The above Holy Verse says "Who repent". I think you are considering repentance as only verbal repentance don't you consider the punishment of stoned to death a REPENTANCE ? And for their repentance Allah will change their sin to rewards.

You are telling me not to ignore the hadiths of Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), and what you did? You had removed the punishment given by Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) from the case of Maa’iz ibn Maalik al-Aslami on his insistence to purify.

And Yes, May Allah Guide Me If I am Wrong and You Too.

And of which Islamic Scholars you are referring? See Below

According to the Hanbali jurist Ibn Qudamah, "Muslim jurists are unanimous on the fact that stoning to death is a specified punishment for the married adulterer and adulteress. The punishment is recorded in number of traditions and the practice of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) stands as an authentic source supporting it. This is the view held by all Companions, Successors and other Muslim scholars with the exception of Kharijites."[14]

Above taken from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stoning

More over you can find the punishment of Stoning to Death in Torah as well,

Sexual intercourse between a man and a woman engaged to another man (both should be stoned, Deut. 22:23-24)

Sahih Bukhari 6.79, Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar (R.A)

The Jews brought to the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) a man and a woman from among them who had committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet said to them, "How do you usually punish the one amongst you who has committed illegal sexual intercourse?" They replied, "We blacken their faces with coal and beat them." He said, "Don't you find the order of Ar-Rajm (i.e. stoning to death) in the Torah?" They replied, "We do not find anything in it." 'Abdullah bin Salam (after hearing this conversation) said to them, "You have told a lie! Bring here the Torah and recite it if you are truthful." (So the Jews brought the Torah). And the religious teacher who was teaching it to them, put his hand over the Verse of Ar-Rajm and started reading what was written above and below the place hidden with his hand, but he did not read the Verse of Ar-Rajm. 'Abdullah bin Salam (R.A) removed his (i.e. the teacher's) hand from the Verse of Ar-Rajm and said, "What is this?" So when the Jews saw that Verse, they said, "This is the Verse of Ar-Rajm." So the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) ordered the two adulterers to be stoned to death, and they were stoned to death near the place where biers used to be placed near the Mosque. I saw her companion (i.e. the adulterer) bowing over her so as to protect her from the stones.

Stoned to death is a punishment.. not repentance (toubah).

Getting punishment in this life before judgment day comes under a different topic.

Repent:.1. To feel remorse, contrition, or self-reproach for what one has done or failed to do; be contrite.2. To feel such regret for past conduct as to change one's mind regarding it: repented of intemperate behavior.3. To make a change for the better as a result of remorse or contrition for one's sins.

Brother, your meanings are very off balanced.

Glad you've commented today. You learnt something new.

Ok so now you accept the punishment of stoned to death and now the debate is whether it is a punishment or true repentance, by you giving me a reference from some online English dictionary. Brother I can provide you explanation on this matter as well, for this time just remember

  1. Repentance is what you asked for, means you yourself accept the punishment so that you can be purify.
  2. Punishment is what, if someone finds out your sin or oppressed asked for justice (i.e. the spouse finds out that his/her partner had committed adultery and ask justice before Shari Judge, providing evidences) and due to which he/she is being punished according to law.

However I know that you are not ready to listen and understand and you will go to last extent to support your new argument.

I think you don't want to understand, and I am seeing how you are going off the topic when I have provided you the evidences by Allah’s will, provided you the Hadith of Sahih Bukhari, Explained you the case of Maa’iz ibn Maalik al-Aslami, gave you the reference of the Holy Torah and etc.

Pity on you.

Unfortunately I am not glad for you, as after hours of typing and providing you strong evidences you still learnt nothing.

Can you please tell me,

  1. Why have you half quoted the case of Maa’iz ibn Maalik al-Aslami and removed the punishment given by Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) of stoned to death?
  2. Why Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) gave the punishment of stoned to death, if the zani woman could get away by verbal repentance?
  3. Why the Holy Torah described the same punishment of stoned to death for committers of adultery.

Provide us the answers for the above questions, or will you again bump the thread for no reason?

I'll explain futher when you get more knowledge in the verses you say Allah will not forgive. Repent means accept the punishment to purify ? Repent is tawbah. Look up the meaning man. Look up the Arabic meaning ... the Quran meaning...then the English meaning. Then compare it to your definition...

Tawbah / repentance is Not just a verbal thing. Read and learn it's Islamic terminology and how it's done. And read for your sake. Because your understanding to it and how is very very wrong. You told a person to consult a Alima for a sin. You do the same to learn what Tawbah repenting is. I read your other answer to a similar question.. you said pray Allah to forgive you. You didnt tell her go get stoned/whipped now to purify?..lol

I can't learn from someone who doesnt know the correct meanings of words. And that has his own interpitations of the Quranic verses.. and that has his own beliefs of when Allah will forgivee or not as you mentioned earlier (I believe...etc) Bump or don't bump. It doesn't really matter to me. I wont bother reading on this question and replying again it's going to be a long useless loop.

Good luck & Salam.

I knew you will bump the thread with a useless comment and I knew you couldn't answer my questions.

And Yes on my other comment on a different question. I said "ask to an Alima and you should consult an Islamic Scholar because without this you can not take any further steps". Because I get to know some people in this forum, and they will not listen to me like you. So I asked her to consult to an Islamic Scholar so that they will describe the punishment of 100 lashes or stoned to death. Because no one less can give you this punishment expect Shari Judge. Pity on your thinking again, shame on your effort that for supporting your false argument you are reading my every comment in this forum. Lol. But not answering my questions.

And I knew you will not listen to my explanation of repentance and punishment. I can provide you more but you are blind and deaf. You didn't give importance to the practice of Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) so who am I? Its useless to provide you evidences.

And your comments are showing, how you are going off the topic. And not answering the questions, because you can not support your argument.

But I ask you again so that everyone will know what you are doing. Petrolhead you didn't hesitate in molding the practice of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), shame on you and you call yourself a Muslim. Now answer

  3. Why the Holy Torah described the same punishment of stoned to death for committers of adultery?

Answer the questions, because time is essential which I don't want to waste on a Blind and Deaf person like you, sorry. And support you answers for the above questions with evidences from Holy Quran, or Hadith of Muhammad (S.A.W), and don't just say yourself or quote from someone else. I provided you the Hadith of Sahih Bukhari, Explained you the case of Maa’iz ibn Maalik al-Aslami and gave you the reference of the Holy Torah

So if you can answer in same way then comment please.

The above is what I understood However Allah (S.W.T) knows best, so if one say he/she can repent from heart and he/she can be free from this sin then he/she may research further.
