Problems with Islam.com.

My friend Michael has been trying to create his account for about a week. He never gets the return email to activate his account. He has tried a few different email addresses, and I even tried setting it up for him on my own computer to see if his computer was the problem, but it will not let him create an account. I have sent emails to the webmaster, with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I never seem to get an answer.
