When we are doing something of a necessity (such as work for a living), we are effectively abstaining from the major sins (7). This is known as passive worship to God.
When we are remembering Allah, we are performing an active worship to God (3).
Thus, put simply, the masses may very well be travelling as a 73.
Another way of putting it is: 1 73.
1 denotes One God worthy of worship.
